3008 Hydraulic Operating table

Use and brief introduction

PL-3008 is designed specially to meet the different demands of the market and according to the common advice of users.

The operating table is used for chest/surgery/otorhinolaryngology/ gynecology and obstetrics/urology/orthopedics operations.

it uses pedal-operated oil pump to control its elevation (up/down),easy to operating and it is reliable. Because the operating table is all mechanically be operated, so it wouldn’t be influenced by power cut, which is more reliable and safer.

The operating table is widely used, easy to be operated and adjusted with reliable performance, which is an ideal table for different hospital.

Be sure to read the instruction carefully before using, and keep it.

The operating is formed by head plate and back plate, waist plate, seat plate and leg plate

Feature

● You can adjust the height of the table as you wish(look at picture 2)，convenient position for operating personnel.

● You can take the cushion apart from the table for cleanup.

Commissioning

Keeping

Inside its original packing the operating table may be exposed for a period of 15 weeks to environmental conditions within the limits of :

● The table should be kept in a clean place, never put in the places where influenced by atmospheric pressure, temperature, humidity, aeration, sunshine, or dust and sulfur.

● The table should be kept separately from chemicals.

● stock in a ventilated place.

Transportation

Upon leaving the factory, the operating table are positioned fit for transportation. In case of further transportation at a later date, we recommend to adjust the operating table into the same position.

● In order to transport the operating table, adjust seat and back section in to horizontal position.

● Remove the head and leg plates, and detach other accessories.

● Adjust the table-top into minimum height.

Unpacking

Carry the operating table, if possible, inside its original packing to its final site of use. Check the condition of the operating table.

Any possible damage occurred during transportation should be reported immediately to after-sales service personnel or distributor. You will find their address and telephone no. On the last page of this operating manual.

Using

● Should choose anti-static cushion.

● Please check the operating table all the times.

● Once found it out of work ,please stop using.

● Make sure that the patient won’t touch the table.

● Please don’t take them down when they are out of work, contact the serviceman in time.

● It should be separated from the magnetic field when using.

Attention before using

● please read the instruction before using, people who doesn’t know the operating method is forbidden to use.

Attention after using

● To return to the former condition.

● Clean the table after operations.

Method of using operation table

Preparation before using

● No objects exist that affect the operations.

● Move the table to the right place you need.

● Lock the base of the table.

● Fix up the head plate, leg plate and accessories according to the picture 3 (picture 3 is in the last page of this manual).

Displacement

Moving and locking the operating table

Danger!

The patient may get hurt if the operating table is displaced while he or she is lying on the top in the knee-elbow-position. Do not displace the table with the patient in knee-elbow-position.

Danger!

The patient may get hurt if the operating table is displaced with an attached extension device, due to its reduced stability against tilting. Do not displace the operating table with an attached extension device when a patient is lying on the top.

Using adjust

● Elevation(up and down)

The operating table adopts pedal-operated oil pump to control its elevation (up/down), it uses one pedal-operated oil pump to control its up and down.(look at the picture 2). If you want it to go up, please step on it constantly. (Never reach to the limit), If you keep stepping on it to the end, it will be down. But be sure that you won’t step too strongly, or it will trans-shape.

● Adjustment of table

The trendelenburg/lateral tilt/elevation of back plate are all controlled by mechanical gear.

● Adjustment of head plate

Loosen the handle behind the head plate, adjust your ideal position.

● Adjustment of leg plate

The leg plate of the table can be turned around, you can also take them apart from the table. There is a handle behind both two leg plate.

Up and down of leg plate, loosen the handle , and then adjust to your ideal position.

Evagination of leg plate, loosen the handle, and then adjust to your ideal position.

If you want to take them apart, just loosen the handles.

● mobilization and move of the base

The Immobilization and move of the base use one pedal (look at picture 1).When you need it moving, just step on the pedal and keep the pedal down, then it can move. When you need it fasten, you can step on the pedal and keep it up.

Clean out and disinfection

The cushion should be cleaned twice by 75% alcohol and then use disinfector and ultraviolet radiation for sterilization.

Maintenance

● Users should check the table and maintain it from time to time.

● When the table hasn’t been used for long time, you need to check it before using.

● There is enough oil in the oil pump when leave the factory. If you find the oil is not enough, you can add N46 oil.

● In order to prolong its using life and keep it in a good condition, you need to pay attention to the daily maintenance and add lubricant oil.

●You cannot use caustic cleaner to clean the cushion after operations.

● Please lower the lowest position after using.

● When it cannot work any more, the scrap of the equipment should comply with legal regulations.
