3001S Hydraulic Operating Table, Side-controlled

1、General description

This operating table is suitable for surgical procedures of the head, neck, thorax, abdomen perineum and extremities as well as for gynecological, obstetrical, urological, otorhino laryngological and cranial operations. It can be raised , lowered, Reversed Trendelenburg, Trendelenburg, Lateral Tilt. Leg sedtion can be rotated , opened, disassembled and adjusted easily. It is most adapt to the urological operation. The table top made of high strength plastic can move backwards and forwards. X-ray examination can be carried out on it.

It can be raised or lowered hydraulically by means of an oil pump. Various positions can be controlled from both side. Chassis inside outside cover of this table are stainless steel.

3、Operation instruction：

1)、Operation of the oil pump：

The tabletop must be moved to the middle-surface, and make sure that the center of the tabletop remain consistent with the counterpart of column before adjusting operating table to rise or to decline .

Elevation and subsidence of the oil pump are controlled by a pedal. The oil pump is elevated after pressing it with foot (Note: Do not press it down to the dead end ). Press once, the oil pump will rise up a certain height. The ascending speed of the table top is up to the pressing speed. Table top will descend when the pedal is pressed to the dead end and not loosen. Descending speed varies with the pressing force. The table top can descend slowly so that the patient will not feel uneasy.

The table top can be elevated ≥200mm by an oil pump and then stops automatically. The ascending and descending movements are uniform. The oil pump has not been filled with enough oil when the product leaves the factory. If the oil pump can not be elevated, the consumers may take away the cover of the filling aperture at the top of the oil pump (As is shown in picture 7)and inject conventional machine oil of medium concentration (No.30) through the aperture (it has an attached pail) till the oil pump can be elevate. (As is shown in picture 2) Attention: Please infuse all the oil of barrel. Otherwise, the phenomenon that the tabletop cann’t be reached the maximum height may happen.

2)、Movement and fixation of the base: By loosening Handle(As is shown in picture 1) of the base clockwise, the table can move, on the contrary, it can be stabilized. Attention : Do not loosen or tighten a handle, otherwise, the phenomenon that the base is not stable may happen.

3)、Bed Top’s Reversed and Side Trendelenburg

Reversed trendelenburg ,you should move the bed top to the middle position, otherwise the force adjust will be big while rotating.

Crank Handle (8、6) located on the both side of the table, is used to control Trendelenburg , reversed Trendelenburg and lateral positions.

4)、Folds upward of back section are controlled by pressure springs and can be adjusted within adjusting range at any location. If you want to raise the back section, kidney bridge must be first rotated to the minimum height. Then pull the spanner with one hand and hold the spanner near the head tightly with the other hand to control the angel of the back section’s rising. When the back section folds upward automatically to the needed location, loosen the spanner ,the back section will be fixed there. If you want to lower the back section , pull the spanner with one hand and hold the spanner near the head tightly and rotating it to the wanted location. Loosen the spanner and the back section will just be fixed there. ( As is shown in picture 4)

5)、Insert the handle into the hole down right the head section. Wind the handle and the table top will move forward and backward. ( As is shown in picture 3)

6)、Kidney Bridge Elevation and Lowing from the Horizontal

Insert the handle into the hole at the end of the bedside . Wind the handle and the kidney bridge will rise or fall.(As is shown in picture 5)

7)、Legs section Operation and assembly and disassemble

7.1 Outreaching Leg section:

Loose the handle(10) ,turn the leg plate to desired position then lock the handle(10) tight.

7.2 Leg section Downward

Folded downward movement of leg section is controlled by pueumatic spring. Pinch the handle (Figure 11) inward tightly , turn down the leg section to the desired position, then release the handle (11), the leg section is fixed in this position.

7.3 Dismount Leg section:

Release the locking handle of leg section(Figure 9) and push out the leg section backward. When installed, pull in the leg section and fasten the handle(9).

1)The table board should be moved to the central position before the patient begins to operate. and the backboard and the leg board can not be used separately to support the overall body.

2) When the oil pump rises and falls, the table board should be move to the central position, the center of the table board should be in the same position with the center of the oil pump.

3)When table board leans around, the table board should be move to the central position, the center of the an not support human body individually.

4)In the clinical use, the lateral lean angle of the operating table is bigger than 8 degrees (the standard is equal or bigger than 20 degrees), the user should think the possibility that the patient falls from the table top, and selects a body frame and body belt and so on to ensure the use safety.

5) The head-rest adjustment is adopted by a strict teeth lock. If the position of the head-rest needs adjusting, the teeth lock pole must be first separated and adjusted to suitable positions, the got loose. Otherwise it is easily damaged.

6) Lubricating oil should be added to every active part , so that the bed can be operated easily and prolong their life. Smear Vaseline over the tracks of the accessories on each side of the bed and the racks under the table , thus preventing it from being rusty.

7) The kidney bridge should be kept on the lowest position, before folding back section upward to protect the waist panel.

8) Before putting into use, all attachments should be checked to see if they are locked securely so as to prevent them from loosing or sliding off while used.

9) As the bed has many parts, keep all the accessories in good order.

10) After operating every time, clean the dirt on the bed, keep the bed and accessories clean and prolong their life.

11) The ground must be kept dry. While the floor is washed and scrub, please try not to make water spill into the plate or on the rotated wheels, thus preventing it from being rusty.

12) It must be repaired and kept clean regularly once a year.

13)The service life for model PLYOT-3001S is nine years .If it is used in expired period, it maybe led to wearing and corrosion of some mechanical parts, and had a negative influence upon the mechanical intensity. The patients maybe suffered. So the operating table should be used in the regular maintenance and during safety using period.

14)The replacement parts during operating table normal using period, has been confirmed scrapped (unable to use), should be handled according to the classification (recyclable and non-recovery).

This device in package should be stored indoor with a relative humidity less than 80%, no erosive air and good ventilation is required. No side-sloping.

It can be shipped in regular transportation without crash, oscillation, rain or direct sunlight.
